Subject: Recommendation for 21st Birthday
As you requested, I have researched several possible location ideas for your 21st birthday party. The purpose of this report is to recommend the perfect destination for your birthday on July 4th. I have narrowed the choices down to two amazing locations, Cancun and Cabo. I have developed the following criteria for the ideal party place:

- Activities/Attractions
Recommendation:
My recommendation for your 21st birthday is Cabo because I feel it is the best location. I chose Cabo because the plane ticket was a lot cheaper, it is a way shorter plane ride, the locations are both in Mexico, and the activities are about the same as well.

Cost:
Cancun- a round trip from San Diego to Cancun cost $710 on American Airlines.
Cabo- a round trip from San Diego to Cabo cost $369 on Spirit Airlines.
Flight Length:

Cabo- going takes 2 hours and 5 minutes and coming back takes 2 hours and 10 minutes
Location:
Cancun- a major world-renowned tourist destination in Quintana Roo, Mexico
Cabo- the third largest city in Baja California Sur, Mexico
Activities/Attractions:
Cancun- zip lining, snorkeling, nightclubs, shopping, spas, etc.
Cabo- beaches, nightclubs,shopping, spas, etc.
Conclusion:
Based on the information I found I believe that both are great places for your 21st birthday party but since we are on tight budgets I have concluded that Cabo would be the best location. Ultimately it is your decision and I hope that this recommendation report has made it easier for you to make the best decision for your party.
